Jammu Kashmir News: Encounter with terrorists in Kupwara, soldiers cordon off the entire area
Kupwara Encounter: In Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir, security forces have killed two terrorists during an ongoing encounter. The operation began after receiving intelligence about terrorists hiding in the area. The Chinar Corps confirmed the success on social media, noting that the infiltration attempt was thwarted on Thursday, July 18. This was the second such attempt in a week that the Indian Army has successfully intercepted. The operation involved 6 National Rifles and Jammu and Kashmir Police, who are now conducting a search for any remaining terrorists in the area. The soldiers have cordoned off the region to ensure the complete neutralization of the threat.
