Jahangirpuri case: Riots increased with Elections 2024 nearing? | ABP News

Rakesh Asthana, the commissioner of the Delhi Police, stated on Monday that all those discovered to be involved in the communal riots in Jahangirpuri on Saturday will be prosecuted without prejudice. Clashes erupted in Jahangirpuri on Saturday, purportedly following a dispute during a shobha yatra held to commemorate Hanuman Jayanti. According to Asthana, the violence occurred after saffron flags were placed at a mosque in the region.
