J&K Elections: Amit Shah's Second Day of Visit Today, To Address Election Rally in Paloura
Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP's manifesto for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. During the event, he also mentioned the National Conference (NC) manifesto, highlighting its agenda regarding Article 370, which he claimed is silently supported by Congress. Shah emphasized that Article 370 is now a thing of the past and will never return. He stated that Article 370 was the factor that pushed the youth towards terrorism instead of development. He emphasized that education and reservations were crucial for Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing Omar Abdullah, Shah assured that he would protect the reservation rights of the Gujjar and Bakarwal communities. He added that the echoes of bomb blasts and machine guns, once common in Kashmir, are now part of history. After releasing the election manifesto in Jammu, Home Minister Amit Shah held a meeting with the BJP's core group. In addition to Amit Shah, the meeting was attended by BL Santhosh, two Lok Sabha MPs from Jammu and Kashmir, a Rajya Sabha MP, and several senior leaders, including state president Ravinder Raina.
