Is Indira Rasoi Yojana similar to Annapurna Yojana?

Today is the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi. On this day, the Rajasthan's Gehlot government will launch Indira Rasoi Yojana. As per this scheme poor people will get Chapati, Dal, Vegetables and pickle in just Rs 8. In the beginning there will be 358 kitchens and the government will pay Rs 12 for each plate

But the Bharatiya Janata Party claimed that the scheme was similar to Annapurna Yojana which was started during Vasundhara government
