International Yoga Day 2024: PM Modi To Perform Yoga With People In Srinagar Soon | ABP News

International Yoga Day is being celebrated today across the world along with India. It started from 2014. On the occasion of Yoga Day, all the ministers and officials of the government are going to be seen doing yoga at different places. This year the 10th International Yoga Day is being celebrated. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating Yoga Day on Friday (June 21) in Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. He has reached here for the first time after becoming Prime Minister for the third time. This year the theme of Yoga Day is 'Yoga for Self and Society', which emphasizes on the impact it has on the health of the self and the community. The Prime Minister is scheduled to participate in the program 'Empowerment of Youth, Change in Jammu and Kashmir' at Sher-e-Kashmir International Conference Center (SKICC) in Srinagar during the day. Officials said that more than 7,000 people are joining them to do yoga on the banks of Dal Lake on Friday.
