Intense cold grips north India, dense fog witnessed in Delhi-NCR
Parts of North India, including the Delhi-NCR region, reeled under extreme cold conditions on Monday. A dense layer of fog has blanketed many areas of the national capital region, leading to poor visibility, adding on to the winter woes of daily commuters. The minimum temperature of Delhi was recorded 2.7 degree Celsius. Low visibility has also put riders on the road at the risk of accidents.
