Infection rate of Coronavirus is decreasing consistently in India: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of AIIMS hospital in Gujarat's Rajkot via video conferencing. Speaking on the occasion he said that the infection rate of Coronavirus was seeing a downward trend and was dipping consistently. He also said that India was in better shape today as compared to before.
