Indian Army shoots down terrorist who killed Jammu and Kashmir shopkeeper

Indian Army has achieved a milestone in the ongoing Shopian Encounter. The forces have managed to kill three terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian. All three terrorists were a part of Lashkar and one of them has been identified as Mukhtar Shah. Mukhtar is the same man who killed shopkeeper Virendra Paswan a few days back.
