India has rejected Nepal's claim over the disputed map. The Parliament of Nepal on Saturday (June 13) passed an important bill to modify the political map of the country. Significantly, this new map of Nepal has claimed strategic areas such as Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura along the Indian border.
Nepal released its revised political and administrative map of the country last month and declared its claim on these strategically important areas.
