India is not in community transmission: ICMR

ICMR in a press conference has confirmed that the India is not in community transmission. Delhi has recorded over 1,000 cases of the infection in the last 24 hours, taking its tally to more than 29,000. At least 874 people have died of COVID-19. It was also said in the media briefing that we need to compare with countries who have same population as us.
