Independence Day 2024: 'We Must Take Step To Ensure Ease Of Living' Says PM Modi | ABP News

Prime Minister Modi, in his address, stated, "We have abolished more than 1,500 laws to ensure that people do not get entangled in unnecessary legal complications. We have also eliminated laws that could send people to jail for minor mistakes. The criminal law has been reformed. I urge representatives from all parties to support our mission to improve the ease of living for citizens. PM Modi said, "For a developed Viksit Bharat by 2047, we sought suggestions from the citizens. The numerous suggestions we received reflect the dreams and aspirations of our people. Some suggested making India the skill capital, while others proposed that India should become a manufacturing hub and strive for self-reliance. Citizens aspire for reforms in governance and the judicial system, the construction of greenfield cities, capacity building, and even India having its own space station. When the people of the country have such grand dreams, it elevates our confidence to new heights and strengthens our resolve to achieve them." Stay tuned for the latest updates only on ABP News.
