Independent MP from Amravati, Navneet Rana, who came into the limelight over the Matoshree-Hanuman Chalisa controversy, on Sunday launched a scathing attack on the Maharashtra government after being discharged from the hospital in Mumbai. She asked what is being punished for? Navneet Rana, who went inside the jail after the sedition case, asked what was her crime after all? He said that if reading Hanuman Chalisa or taking God's name is a crime, then she is ready to face punishment for 14 years, not 14 days.
