Hyderabad Encounter: Should everyone carry guns and begin shooting: Maneka Gandhi

Maneka Gandhi was speaking to ABP News when she raised questions against the Hyderabad Encounter. Maneka said that should everyone carry guns and begin shooting then the law would be useless.
All the four accused in Hyderabad gangrape and murder case have been killed in police encounter on Friday. The accused were trying to escape during investigation which was when the police officials took the extreme step.
