Hindi becomes one of Jammu and Kashmir's official languages

In a huge decision taken by the Narendra Modi cabinet was to make Hindi as one of the official languages of Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this Kashmiri, Urdu, Dogri and English will be used for the official work in the Union Territory.
The huge change has come forth after the abrogation of Article 370
