Directorate of Enforcement Challenges CM Kejriwal's Bail, HC Pauses It Till The Hearing | ABP News

ABP News: Arvind Kejriwal Bail: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has suffered a setback in the money laundering case related to Delhi Liquor Policy. Against Kejriwal's bail plea, Delhi High Court said that the trial court's order will remain on hold till the hearing. That means Kejriwal will not be released from Tihar Jail until the High Court hears the case. Delhi High Court allowed immediate hearing on ED's petition against the bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal.
