Heavy rains lash in Delhi, waterlogged streets and potholes

heavy rains lashed out in several parts of Delhi-NCR in the early hours of Sunday. Although, it brings relief to people from the scorching heat many faced a lot of problems while commuting from one place to another.  Water-logged streets, open potholes all over have become a point of concern for the residents, but govt hasn't taken any action so far.
