Heavy rain creates havoc in Pune, Hyderabad & Mumbai | Speed Bulletin

Heavy rains have started in many areas including Mumbai and Thane in Maharashtra since last night. After heavy rains, water has started flooding the low-lying areas of Mumbai since last night. In the low-lying area of Hindmata, within one and a half hour,  two feet of water was accumulated. After Hyderabad & Pune, Mumbai is the third city in the country facing the fury of nature within 24 hours.
