With temperatures continuously rising in Jammu, the Jambu Zoo Authority has initiated measures, such as installing coolers and sprinklers in animal enclosures, to ensure that the inmates remain cool and hydrated. The measures aim to ensure that animals don't suffer from heat-related illnesses and can comfortably pass the peak summer months. Wild Life Warden Anil Aatri says "When the heat increases we provide animals with artificial shower, make provision for sprinkler system"
