'Headline Grabbing Exercise By Non-Biological PM': Jairam Ramesh As BJP Announces 'Samvidhaan Hatya Diwas' | ABP News

Just moments after the Centre announced its decision to observe June 25 as 'Samvidhaan Hatya Diwas' to honour the victims of Emergency 1975, Congress slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling the decision another "headline-grabbing exercise in hypocrisy by non-biological PM".

Congress General Secretary in-charge Communications Jairam Ramesh took to X where he slammed the Centre's decision and in turn lashed out at the PM saying that he had imposed an undeclared Emergency for 10 years on Indians. He added that June 4 will go down in history as "ModiMuktiDiwas"
"This is a non-biological PM who has subjected the Constitution of India and its principles, values, and institutions to systematic assault," he added.
