Hathras Stampede: '100 deployed workers were involved in the stampede' Says Sources | ABP News
A stampede occurred on Tuesday (2 July) at a satsang organized in Sikandrarao in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh. More than 100 people died and dozens were injured in this tragic accident. According to Senior Superintendent of Police of Etah, Rajesh Kumar Singh, the incident took place at a satsang in Pulrai village, in which a large number of people had come to attend. The question arises that how lax was the arrangement in such a big event that such a big accident happened and who is responsible for this. DM Ashish Kumar said that the permission for the satsang was given by the SDM. In such a situation, the question arises as to why did they not estimate the crowd at the Satsang venue. Why were the entry-exit points not checked?.
