Ground reality of healthcare system in Bihar will stun you

The healthcare system in Bihar is crumbling as there are no ambulances and other basic facilities. Here is a ground report from Siwan where a man is seen taking one of his family members to hospital on a hathgadi. He was forced to take such extreme measures because the area lack basic facilities like ambulances.
