Gogoi's RS nomination has brought independence of judiciary in question: Jaiveer Shergill

Lawyer and Indian National Congress leader Jaiveer Shergill said that nomination of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has brought the independence and fairness of judiciary under question. He further added that to oppose this "black day" the opposition parties will stage a walkout in the Parliament.
