Floor test was bound to happen in Maharashtra's special session today. But before that there was ruckus in the Vidhan Sabha. Bharatiya Janata Party raised questions against special session called by the governor. Former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that they were informed late at night around 1 am.
