Fire Breaks Out In Luggage At Mumbai Airport: Lookout Notice Issued Against Suspect | ABP News

On August 16, a fire broke out in luggage at Mumbai International Airport, and a video of the incident has now surfaced. The significant development is that the police have issued a lookout notice against a suspect named Naveen Sharma. The fire was caused by incendiary chemicals found in the luggage of a passenger traveling with Ethiopian Airlines. The bag contained five liters of hydrogen peroxide and two kilograms of titanium dioxide powder, which ignited under pressure. The police are investigating the potential terror angle of the case but have yet to find any evidence linking it to terrorism. Given the sensitivity of the situation, the investigation is being conducted at a high level to assess the potential risks had the fire occurred during the flight.
