Firangi Mahali appeals to offer prayers at home during Ramadan via announcement

Muslim cleric Rasheed Firangi Mahali is appealing to the people to offer prayers at home during the month of Ramazan amid lockdown. The cleric is doing this by saying the same on a loudspeaker. In Lucknow, announcements are being made to follow the lockdown rules. The other officials of the Islamic center of India are also urging the locals to stay at home amid lockdown.
