Following Swati Maliwal's complaint, an FIR has been registered against Vibhav Kumar in the misbehavior case. Delhi Police had recorded his statement today. Now a case has been registered against Vibhav Kumar. A case has been registered against Vibhav Kumar under sections 354, 506, 509 of IPC.
