Exclusive: 2017 video of Vikas Dubey reveals his connection with BJP MLA

It has been over 72 hours and the Uttar Pradesh police is yet to arrest Vikas Dubey, a notorious gangster responsible for the brutal killing of 8 cops in an encounter. Many believe that the reason why Vikas isn't arrested is because of his poltical connections. ABP News has accessed an old video of the history sheeter where he names several leaders including a BJP MLA who he says will vouch for him. Listen to this exclusive video.
