Election Results: NDA to Hold Party Meeting Today, PM Modi to be elected as the Leader | ABP News

Today a big meeting of the NDA parliamentary party is going to be held in which Narendra Modi will be elected the leader of the parliamentary party, NDA will stake claim to form the government today itself. With the announcement of Lok Sabha election results, it was confirmed that NDA has got majority for the third consecutive time. BJP led NDA has won 294 seats. BJP alone has won 240 seats. However, it has failed to get majority on its own for the third consecutive time. At the same time, Congress has got 99 seats, while India Alliance has got 232 seats. At the same time, after the victory of NDA, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started receiving congratulatory messages from all over the world. Narendra Modi was unanimously elected as its leader in the NDA meeting held on Wednesday (June 5). In this way, preparations for government formation have now started. There were discussions going on that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and JDU chief Nitish Kumar may turn around and go with the India alliance.
