ED brings back Nirav Modi & Mehul Choksi's jewels worth Rs 1,350 crores
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday brought back over 2,340 kg of polished diamonds, pearls, and silver jewelry valued at Rs 1,350 crore from Hong Kong back to India. These were owned by Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi.
The valuables were brought back from Hong Kong to Mumbai in 108 consignments, including 32 belonging to entities controlled by Nirav and remaining to entities controlled by Choksi.
