Dog Walking Row: IAS officer transferred to Ladakh, wife to Arunachal Pradesh | ABP News
IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar, who came into light post the walking a dog controversy at Delhi's Thyagaraj Stadium, has been transferred. The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has transferred him from Delhi to Ladakh. Not only this, the ministry has also transferred his wife Rinku Dugga and sent her to Arunachal Pradesh.
