Delhi violence: No police personnel deployed in Maujpur

A head constable was among four people killed and at least 50 others, including several paramilitary and Delhi Police personnel, were injured as violence spiralled in Delhi's Maujpur area. No police personnel has been deployed yet at the protest site. The local administration has imposed Section 144 of the CrPC that forbids movement and assembly of more than five people. The clashes, violence and arson in India's national capital coincided with the arrival of US President Donald Trump on a two-day visit to India.
