In the Saif Ali Khan stabbing case, a major revelation has come to light regarding an illegal immigration network. This network is involved in creating fake documents, allowing immigrants to live and work in India. Often, agents help them find jobs even without proper documentation, making them part of the workforce. Shariful, a Bangladeshi national, had a birth certificate on his phone that revealed his nationality. He was employed through an agent, Jitendra Pandey, who didn't check his documents. Due to faulty systems, illegal immigrants can live and work comfortably in India. They often resort to theft and other crimes, and even after being deported, they return using new identities to take low-paying jobs.
