Delhi-NCR Rain: Arrival Of Monsoon Hits National Capital, Watch Report From NCR | ABP News

With the arrival of monsoon in North India, the rainy season has started. Till late Thursday night, heavy rains were seen in Delhi and NCR areas. Due to rain, there is waterlogging on the roads of Delhi. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in Delhi on June 29 and 30. According to the India Meteorological Department, Delhi has received 19 mm of rain from 8:30 pm on June 27 to 5:30 am on June 28. 154 mm rainfall has been recorded in Safdarjung and 93 mm rainfall has been recorded in Palam. Waterlogging situation was observed after heavy rains in Delhi and NCR areas. Delhi's Moti Bagh, Dhaula Kuan, Shanti Path, Minto Road, Moolchand Marg. Apart from ITO, heavy water was seen on the roads in Sector 62 of Noida. Heavy traffic jam was observed at ITO due to accumulation of water on the road. A truck drowned in the water accumulated on Minto Road. Apart from this, news agency ANI has shared a video in which a car is also seen submerged in water.
