Delhi: Ground report from Connaught Place ahead of Janata Curfew
Connaught Place in Delhi will be closed on Sunday due to the "Janata Curfew" in the country over the novel coronavirus pandemic. The call to observe a "Janata curfew" on Sunday was announced by the Prime Minister a day before in a public address to the nation. While speaking on the way ahead for India in tackling the coronavirus outbreak, Modi urged the entire country to observe the curfew on Sunday.
