Delhi Govt Vs Centre: Who is at fault for oxygen shortage? | Debate

AAP's Raghav Chadha said that the Delhi government did not get sufficient amount of oxygen from the Centre. BJP spokesperson said that whatever amount the Centre has given to the Delhi government is not reaching hospitals. Who is at fault?

The wailing chaos over shortage of oxygen would have been contained to some extent if 7 oxygen generation plants would have been installed in Delhi in time, a senior official in the Union government said.
