Delhi Fire: Someone has to take responsibility, says Gautam Gambhir

Gautam Gambhir was addressing the media on the Delhi fire tragedy. He said that a strict probe should be done and along with that someone has to be held responsible for the incident. He added, "If these factories or hotels did not have fire NOC then someone has to be held responsible."
