Cyclone Yaas impact: Bihar's Katihar witnesses downpour, suffers due to heavy water-logging

After wreaking havoc in Odisha and West Bengal, Cyclone Yaas has reached Bihar and Jharkhand. Due to the storm the weather of both the states have undergone a huge change. Both the states have been witnessing heavy rainfall. In Bihar, rainfall is expected for next 48 hours as well whereas in Jharkhand, water-logged shops and houses can be seen.
