CRPF personnel kills colleague, then shoots self in Delhi

After a heated debate between two CRPF personnel, sub- Inspector shot the Inspector Dashrat Singh and then kills himself in Delhi's Lodhi estate. This has not been specified as to what the topic of altercation. Police reached the spot in time and the area has been barricaded.
