Congress party is provoking the farmers', says Ravi Shankar Prasad

BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed the Congress party and have said that the Congress party who declared revolutionary changes for farmers are provoking them today. The idea of contract farming was first initiated by the Congress party. Adding to this he has also said that when we were in opposition we supported the Lokpal and other policies.
