Congress, BJP trade barbs over Rafale deal
Rubbishing the Congress party’s allegations regarding the Rafale deal, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson Sambit Patra addressing a press conference claimed the bribes were paid during the tenure of Congress-led UPA regime.
He added that the former UPA regime paid a bribe of Rs 65 crore from 2007 to 2013.
Patra’s remarks came as the Congress had earlier alleged that Rafale was the biggest 'Defence Corruption' in the country.
