Cong outsourced the task of defeating BJP to state parties?: Sharmistha Mukherjee

With the Congress again drawing a blank in Delhi, party leader Sharmistha Mukherjee on Tuesday said 'inordinate delay in decision-making at the top' is among the reasons for the dismal performance of the party. While replying to P Chidambaram on twitter, Sharmistha wrote, "With due respect sir, just want to know- has @INCIndia outsourced the task of defeating BJP to state parties? If not, then why are we gloating over AAP victory rather than being concerned about our drubbing? And if ‘yes’, then we (PCCs) might as well close shop!"
