CJI DY Chandrachud inaugurates the newly built ‘Multi-Facilitation Centre’ in Supreme Court

Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud inaugurated the newly created ‘Multi-Facilitation Centre’ opposite UCO Bank, Near C-IN Gate in Supreme Court’s main campus on July 11. Supreme Court Bar Association President Kapil Sibal also attended the inauguration event. CJI DY Chandrachud said, "This is a multi-facilitation centre which has been set up in the Supreme Court as part of the access to justice mission. The idea of this multi-facilitation centre is right at the entry point of the Supreme Court. All litigants or lawyers coming to the court must have a single point where they can file cases, and obtain information about cases... So I hope this facility will enhance the quality of service which the Supreme Court renders to all the citizens of the country."
