China Hawalagate: Charlie Peng was asked to spy on Dalai Lama | ABP Special

Income Tax Department has speculated that Chinese citizen Charlie Peng was spying on the Dalai Lama and his associates. Charlie Peng, was arrested during a raid by the Income Tax Department in Delhi on Tuesday. 

He married a woman from Mizoram and obtained Indian identity from a fake passport issued from Manipur. He also got an Aadhaar card and PAN card made with that name
