A video of a BMC clean-up marshal clinging on to a moving car's bonnet has gone viral on social media. According to reports, the incident took place in Mumbai's Santacruz area, where a BMC marshal was on duty. When he saw a woman sitting maskless in a cab, he asked her to pay a fine. However, the cab driver started driving the vehicle ahead and did not stop even after the marshal tried to stop him. The marshal then climbed on the bonnet of the cab but the driver still did not stop the vehicle. Later, the driver got arrested.
