Parliament Session: 'What is not within the ambit of law should be removed', BJP said on Rahul's letter to the Speaker. ABP ABP News: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi wrote a letter to Speaker Om Birla against removing some parts of his speech in the Lok Sabha from the proceedings. He said that removing my views from the proceedings is against the spirit of parliamentary democracy. In such a situation, the removed parts of my speech should be reinstated. On Rahul's letter to the Speaker, BJP said that whatever is not within the ambit of law should be removed...the Speaker has the right to take action.
