Leaving the glaring life of the metropolis, Chief Minister Ritu Jaiswal has become a prominent figure at the national level due to the continuous campaigns for social service. 

Ritu Jaiswal stepped into politics during the 2016 panchayat elections. She won 1853 votes to become the chief. As soon as she became the head, she prepared for the development of the panchayat.
