Bihar Politics: Tejashwi Accuses CM of Spying with CID and Special Branch In RJD Meeting | ABP News
On Sunday, September 15, Tejashwi Yadav, who was on a tour to express gratitude to party workers, made a significant revelation during a press conference in Madhubani. He accused Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of sending CID and Special Branch teams to surveil the internal meetings of his party. Yadav claimed that the Chief Minister was employing spies to monitor their events. Yadav highlighted an incident from a meeting held in Madhubani the previous Saturday. He explained that the internal meeting, which was supposed to be private, was infiltrated by individuals who were later identified as members of the Special Branch and CID. These individuals even showed their official cards. Yadav criticized the Chief Minister for focusing on spying on their activities rather than addressing law and order issues in Bihar, suggesting that if the Chief Minister paid as much attention to criminals as he does to their meetings, the state's law and order situation would be significantly improved. Regarding Sanjay Jha's comments on the Mithilanchal Development Authority, Yadav dismissed them, questioning Jha's credibility and highlighting the progress made with the establishment of a new hospital in Darbhanga. He challenged Jha to prove himself by winning elections and showing results. Tejashwi Yadav, who has been in Madhubani since late Friday night, met with party workers from five assembly constituencies and plans to visit Muzaffarpur next. Throughout his tour, he has been critical of the NDA government.
