Bihar Politics: Former Chief Minister of Bihar and patron of Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) Jitan Ram Manjhi along with his four MLAs have emerged as the key to power in Bihar. To avoid any breach in the NDA and to ensure the magic figure, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state unit president Samrat Chaudhary hurriedly met Manjhi on Saturday.
