Bihar: Former JDU councilor misbehaves with lady officer

Former Legislative Council Rambadan Rai was among several JDU leaders who went to meet Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in Begusarai. His vehicle was stopped by a lady officer in the view of several vehicles that were already around the helipad where the CM arrived. Taking an offense, Rambadan got miffed over being stopped by the lady officer. He then came heavily on the women.
