Bhopal man who threw stray dog off bridge arrested; culprit Salman arrested, unlikely to get bail

In Madhya Pradesh's Bhopal, most cruel behaviour of a human being was captured on camera. A man identified as Salman stroked a stray dog first and then picked him up to throw the animal off the bridge. The action was so out of the blue that the animal was caught off-guards.
The man had no sense of remorse on his face or actions post his evil wrong doing. The culprit has been arrested by the Bhopal police now. He has been booked under two sections of IPC and is unlikely to get bail, reports say.
